Email
My main method of communication right now is email. I have learned to do mass emails through our database system called "Charms". I have already sent out about 2 or 3 mass emails. If you have not received an email then we do not have it in our system. Please email me if you are not receiving emails. I only have about 90 of 400 emails though. Once you receive the forms that are in the folders for the students, make sure to fill in your email so you can have periodic updates on what is happening.
Absenses for After School Practice
After school practices are on Tuesday from 3:45 to 6:00. They are required. Students who are doing other school activities such as football, volleyball, and cheerleading should go to their event then come to practice as soon as they can. They are responsible for learning what he/she missed during that time. If a student does miss for an unexcused absense then they shall forfeit their spot in the drill and will have to make up the time that was missed. We suggest they keep in contact with another band member and find out what they have missed also. Please let us know if you are going to be absent via email or by other means.
FORMS AND MONEY TO TURN IN
There have been many forms and informative packets that have been passed out to the band. Due to the size of the band we don't always know who doesn't have the necessary paperwork. The following forms and money should be filled out and turned back in.
